Koperpot Fire Kitchen ("Koperpot", "we") is the responsible party for the personal information described here. Our information officer is Naledi Mokoena, who you can reach at hello@koperpot.co.za or 011 447 2210.

When you book a table: your name, mobile number, email address, the date, time and size of your booking, and any notes you give us, such as allergies or an occasion.

When you buy a voucher: your email address and the recipient's name and email address if you send it by email.

When you order pots to go or enquire about an event: your name, contact details and the details of the order or event.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Only to manage your booking, order, voucher or event: to confirm it, remind you about it, contact you if something changes, and keep a record of deposits and payments.

We share allergy information with our kitchen team so they can cook for you safely. Health information like this is handled only for that purpose and only with your consent.

We will not send you marketing unless you have asked us to. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.

Our booking system and email provider, which process the information on our behalf under written agreements. A payment provider when you pay a deposit or buy a voucher. We never sell your information.

Booking details for 12 months after your visit, and payment records for five years because tax law requires it. Then we delete them.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
